Saturday, March 15, 2008 Y 3:06 PM so tired now had training again today what is this man holiday also got training no wonder so many people never turn up today la only got 8 people so cool hor pt wasnt that tough today actually it was la but they make until not so tiring confused ? its okay did loads of pushups , sit ups , squats , jumping jacks but all break down they ask us to run around carpark there , then when ask us to stop , we have to do one activity so basically its like all broken up la and at the same time we cant slack also then got one more is stand in one row then when call out your number , must do one of the thing they ask you to overall , not bad la congrats for the job well done *clap clap* after that got game captains ball this time catching method different must use cone to catch it it was fun man ! love it play for quite some time learnt new footdrills today the turn left and right while marching de confusing lor need more practise to perfect it i can do it ! lol fashiha called some of us out to command today walau i damn screw up lor my pronunciation sucks la die i think my confidence level not there yet know the command but dont dare to speak its really hard to pronounce though must learn and learn and learn i think i forgot the commands liao how ? i need help man do footdrills a while nia then debrief le cool training today ------ friday 14 march went out with ronald today great outing first went to lot one to have lunch pasta mania !!! my favourite this time cannot really finish my ribbon shaped pasta so sad ronald added loads of tobasco(?) sauce and finished it eww , the smell was overwhelming after that go suntec watch movie the spiderwick chronicles this time i never choose wrong movie le hehes this movie not bad can go watch its not kiddy even though there is monsters , pixies and stuff walked around suntec later i didnt know suntec got so many things to see sia next time can go there shopping loads of food outlets too let you see until stomach hungry la had dinner at a hk restaurant at marina square i love milo dinosaur man ! the food portion also damn big couldnt finish my baked rice the chicken alone took up half of the portion lor how to finish solution: dump them to ronald ahaha im evil feel kind of bad wasting his money sia went to esplanade park(?) for a walk the chocolate thingy very cool leh *hints to ronald* sit down chat chat a while then go home le lor enjoyed my trip back lol ------ its someones birthday today happy birthday laopa !!! .JPG) |
