sunday went to church
begining to appreciate the fact that church starts later
dont need to wake up so early now

later chiong home get my archery stuff
then go to the range to shoot
so long never shoot le
skills rusty
started with a jog
two rounds around the range
i thought my stamina would be long gone
but surprisingly ,
i retained my stamina

i finished it in like 10mins la
