yay ! i love training recently .
cos i sort of do quite well at 60m .
i didnt die .
i wasnt even tired la .
hehe . shows that my stamina improved .
but still need to be improved la .
my form the realeasing part still suck .
silie commented on sunday that its like jelly .
what the hell .
so must work on it .
