so i was basically just like having arrows everywhere .

later i suddenly remembered that coach mentioned why i couldnt click my arrow .
cos of my head . keep going down .
so went to change it
and can click arrows faster and grouping slightly better la .
but my score at 60m still suck .
guess i havent been training hard at 60m for a long time thats why .
i thought i would do well at 50m .
the last time i shot 50m ,
it was super good de .
but in the end , not consistent .
got one end , alot of arrows in the yellow .
but after that dont know why ,
everything went haywire again .
so didnt really bother le la .
already give up le
later was 40m .
at least i did better at 40m la .

rested for a while bfore going to church .
came home for dinner .

ate pizza hut .
