freak off a hell day today .
my day did not start right in the morning already .
no ncc training today ma . so went for acrhery .
then eat the donuts i bought yesterday .
ate the orange white chocolate first .

so tried the kaya white chocolate .
then make me feel so bloated and so sian of the taste .
then at the range , feel like vomitting already .
then couldnt concentrate well lor .
until lunch that time then i felt better .
but when go back , very tired .
so shoot 50m . then talk to shawn alot .

then we commented on how 'good' angela is .

shoot arrows damm good sia .

but after a while , freaking tired already .
then start to slack more and more .
then couldnt click my arrow .
then because of this my form not good .
then make my arrow rest spoil .
so coach use super glue .
to not let the glue affect my plunger , she took it off .
then realise got something wrong with the plunger .
so she dismantled everything and put them back .
then if like this , must tune again ma . or if not my arrow flight not straight .
but she dont care , just ask me go shoot .
she i just go lor .
then i realise my shots all go right and i confirm its because of my plunger
so went to tell coach .
she tell me dont care sia
how can i not care .
but i cannot do any other thing ma
so no choice .
it was so demoralising to know that you are sucky beacuse of a plunger
then i couldnt take it
then cry alot of times .
but nobody saw that .

then later i told coach again .
and finally she bothered .
its better now .
but still not perfect .
